This way, the operator can start the machine automatically or turn the chocolate fountain off from their device (smartphone or tablet) through a dedicated app. Moreover, this technology allows us to monitor the machine from our offices. Our technicians will connect remotely and solve any problem by applying the possible solutions.

Once activated, the remote assistance service will be available for four years.

Upon request, the Aya K6 chocolate melting machine can be designed based on the client’s specifications. This service is provided to pastry shops or ice-cream parlours that aim at optimising space. We believe that everything is possible. That’s why we accept any type of request. You ask, we create.
